Popular and well known burger chain Grubbs after many successful years of trading decided to close the doors of three of its restaurants at York Place, Lewes Road and St. James’s Street all located in Brighton. Moretons Investments Ltd were delighted to acquire and subsequently have secured tenants for each premises.
